“What drew me to choose OIG over other companies in Malaysia was the attitude towards doing things the right way.

I began life on site here in KL and over those early years it has been rewarding to see the ettort put in on areas that align to my own values.

Safety is clearly a business ethos and for any staff looking to join it’s a great place to see how constructions can be set up and run safely.

The other consideration for any new joiners to be encouraged by is the opportunities to move around the companv and to gain experience in different areas.

I am a great example of someone who has moved away from the site delivery and now im working in the Winning Work team gaining valuable experiences that I hadn’t dreamed or 5 years ago.
