This project involved the relocation of Zurich Malaysia’s workforce into a 112,000 sq ft new office space across eight floors located at Mercu 3, a Grade-A office tower within the mixed-use development, KL Eco City, in Kuala Lumpur. 

The project comprised an agile work environment with 1,100 workstations, 22 CEO-1 rooms, 48 meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art boardroom, 27 phone booths, eight pantries, along with new collaboration and flexi-touchdown areas on each floor.
