Under a Management Contracting model, we oversaw the appointment of all consultants and specialist contractors, working towards an overall programme to complete the works within the Clients timeframe. The coordination of so many parties was a key area where our professional expertise was a deciding factor is being awarded this project. We are very proud to have helped deliver an exceptional campus including a +600 pax Auditorium, Kitchen Installation and various IT integrated packages. Gymnasium, football pitch, swimming pool and various music rooms were also some of the specialised packages we managed successfully.
