How it started
In 2021, amidst the challenges of a global pandemic, Managing Director Darren Pavitt seized the opportunity to take over an established construction company based in Malaysia. Having relocated from the Middle East to Malaysia he came from a wealth of experience in the construction and fit-out industry and felt confident to grab the opportunity presented to him.
Driven by a desire to create a more efficient operation, Darren set out to address gaps in the market by building One International Group (OIG), a company that could adapt quickly to client needs and industry changes. The transformation resulted in a more streamlined, dynamic approach to construction, enabling OIG to take on a variety of projects with greater flexibility and precision.
Under the new organization, OIG has laid the foundation for a stronger, more stable business. OIG is proud to work on diverse projects, ranging from office fit-outs to large-scale construction for data centers, spanning sectors such as retail, hospitality, leisure, and technology.

Specializing in office fit outs, focused on retail, hospitality, leisure and education. OIG has delivered a varied portfolio, with diverse fit out durations and multi phased handovers. Our specialized team of experts excel at delivering quality and are ready to kick start projects quickly and deliver promptly to meet the most demanding of timeframes.
MEP LED Solutions
With so much focus given to the finished spaces, OIG ensures that there is a significant attention to the MEP engineering in every project. Our in-house team of engineers can assist with complex scopes of work including data centers, trading floors and all varieties of infrastructure upgrades.
Renovation
Being the silent, unseen contractor is often the desire of our clients, and we achieve this with careful preparation to deliver our works behind carefully constructed hoardings.
Optimised Planning
OIG excels at undertaking a review of your current workflows, focused at maximizing efficiency and headcount, within your existing office space. This ensures that you, our client, has the maximum utilization of your asset, which is core to your success and what we advise.
A+A (Alterations & Additions) / CSA ( Concrete, Structure, Architecture)
Since 2018 we have gradually enhanced our capabilities to deliver more complex CSA works A+A works. With our experienced team we are not afraid of challenging scopes of works and we look forward to helping our clients find solutions to deliver the outcomes they desire. Past and current projects include retail outlets, sports facilities, healthcare facilities, luxury penthouses and Industrial Units. We are comfortable undertaking Steelwork, Blockwork, Screeding, Infill Slabs, New Staircases, Façade Alterations as well as all MEP Services. The use of heavy Plant such as Cranes, Forklifts, Boomlifts, Scissor Lifts is all scope we are capable of planning and managing on site. We have our self employed OIG team of skilled workers who can install Steelwork, Metalwork, Waterproofing, Painting and Demolition scopes of work.
Digitalization & IT Resilience
Beginning with our IT Infrastructure we have invested heavily to ensure your data is protected and secure from All of our systems are now cloud based giving our staff flexibility to work from anywhere (WFA). Our IT solutions enable our staff to effectively carry out their tasks. This me projects with the right tools to support them.
Technology – Woven into our Delivery Model
As the pace of construction increases, so does the need to move with the times. Oner International Group has long been ahead of curve with investing in modern ways to manage projects. From Adoption of Procore Software to help manage our worksflows on larger complex projects. Investing in a Manila Based BIM Team of 8 directly employed staff to coordinate and work in the built environment. Face Scanners on sites as well as Digital Snagging tools. This work in progress is a constant journey and we are always looking for new ways to collaborate with Technology partners who bring value to OIG which increases our service offering to our clients.
